Ingrid Undeland talks about seaweed as food at the White Guide trends event
Ingrid Undeland delivered a presentation about seaweed as food, at the prestigious White Guide Trends seminar, hosted at Chalmers. The White Guide is the Swedish equivalent of the Michelin Guide. The trends seminar which precedes this year's White Guide Gala sought to highlight the potential of Merroir products (terroir, but of the sea), notably of seaweed and its many uses.
